Member Services Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our members.   • Assist members with online order concerns, including delivery tracking and order processing.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members to uphold high service standards.
  • Communicate with external vendors to address inquiries and coordinate support.
  • Monitor and meet key performance indicators, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize customer service software, including ServiceNow and HubSpot, to manage support tickets effectively.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or call center setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with customer service platforms like ServiceNow and HubSpot.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
