High school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing learning. Background in customer service. Previous financial experience would be a plus! Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with members genuinely. Detail-oriented, professional, and tech-savvy - ready to help members with digital services.
Availability This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. No weekends! Hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Will require some flexibility within these hours, as needed.
Pay and Benefits Competitive starting pay! When bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, receive a $1.00 per hour pay premium after completing and passing the language exam.
