The Market Service Manager leads team members who maintain and repair major infrastructure systems in acute care hospital buildings, as well as free-standing emergency departments, in a given service market. The service manager is primarily responsible for scheduling the preventive maintenance and repair activities, as well as managing efficiency and work quality of field technicians. Second, the service manager will be responsible for all parts, tools, and fleet management in the assigned market. Additionally, ensure payroll is submitted in a timely manner, and extensive financial and accounting records are kept for purchases and services.
