A large healthcare employer is hiring for a Kronos Support Analyst to provide Tier 2-3 support related to Kronos Workforce Management as the organization upgrades their Kronos platform from iSeries to Workforce Management. This resource will work in ServiceNow to resolve tickets assigned to them in the queue. Setting up users is not yet automated, so it is a frequent incident item. Additionally this resource will look at app configurations and troubleshoot issues as well answer tech related questions about the application.
