This position's primary responsibility is to control, maintain and supervise FC inventory to include working with Audit on all Inventory audits and all associated tasks.
Inventory Control
Serve as primary contact with Audit for the center Inventory Audits; works with Audit on all Cycle Counts regarding maintenance of inventory, quantities and locations.
Investigate and reconcile all Audit discrepancies.
Collaborate with FC Manager on results of their Cycle count and Audit prep.
Know and understand all inventory statuses, all inventory screens and count reports in ILS. Knows and understands how to use Scale / Scale Utilities / Power BI to track inventory history.
Perform electronics cycle counts (security cage, all TV's, and tractors) on a weekly basis.
Performs perpetual inventory on a daily basis, ensuring the entire warehouse is counted weekly.
Work the Pick Sequence Verification report weekly (Aging inventory-to insure 1 st in 1 st out).
Immediately reconciles all over and short discrepancies sent back from the stores.
Communicate all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager on a daily basis.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers and executes all Return to Vendor requests.
Follows written guidelines on how to correct count variances and investigate discrepancies.
Damages
Physically audits all damages and orders parts if needed.
Maintains inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly labels all items with rtoid and disposition.
Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar & fast-paced environment
HS Diploma
