This role will focus on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing administrative support for employee transitions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solid foundation in HR practices.

Work Environment:
This position is based in an office environment attached to a manufacturing setting. The role requires comfort with entering the manufacturing floor when necessary to speak with employees. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility available for those who prefer a second shift (12 PM to 7 PM). Assistance with the second shift at times is greatly beneficial.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
