Helpdesk Senior Associate- Healthcare Clinical Service Desk- Call Center- Remote
NTT DATA is seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate for our Healthcare Clinical Service Desk, a call center environment supporting customers 24x7x365. This position requires shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays. Account specific training is conducted during day shift hours, regardless of the assigned shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls regarding clinical aspects of various clinical applications.
- Tracking and documenting comments, closing or escalating incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner.
- Driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
- Reading text on computer screens for the duration of the shift.
- Remaining at designated workspace and in the phone queue for an 8 to 10-hour period.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Demonstrate a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic qualifications include:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare systems customer service experience.
