Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in a small set of named accounts with Amazon as the main anchor account on global level and support broader growth in the Intralogistics industry as part of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and/or sales, with a deep understanding of the market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within Amazon or similar companies in the retail/distribution space. As part of the Siemens Vertical Sales Organization, the Enterprise Account Executive will play a significant role in business generation for the entire Siemens Digital Industries Portfolio relevant to Amazon in the US and across the globe. They will work closely with Siemens Sales and customers in the target markets on technical, contractual, and commercial opportunities.

This role reports to the global Vertical Intralogistics Head and the US Vertical Sales Manager within our CPG organization.

We are looking for a Global Account Manager for Amazon plus other accounts. This position is ideally based in the Nashville, TN, Philadelphia, PA area, mid-Atlantic area or close to other relevant customer locations (Seattle, WA or Washington, DC) or with frequent travel to client sites.

You will make an impact by:

  • Driving Strategic Growth & Executive Engagement: Achieve significant sales growth and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans. Cultivate and expand deep, lasting relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers across your assigned accounts, influencing strategic direction and driving impactful outcomes.
  • Delivering Integrated Siemens Solutions: Leverage the full breadth of the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio, including DI and SI resources, to architect and deliver innovative, impactful solutions.
  • Delivering Measurable Customer Value & Sustainable Growth: Drive rigorous opportunity management and accurate forecasting, fueled by proactive demand generation and in-depth account research.
  • Shaping Market Presence & Strategic Insight: Establish Siemens as a recognized thought leader in the Intralogistics / CPG sector.
  • Managing Key National & Global Accounts: Serve as the primary Account Executive for critical national accounts and strategically manage Headquarters accounts for global clients based in the USA, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and growth across complex organizational structures.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Experience & Track Record: 8+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex solution environments.
  • Industrial Acumen: Strong understanding of the Intralogistics / CPG industry with a focus on retail/distribution including market dynamics, key players, and business drivers.
  • Executive Presence & Collaboration: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence across direct and matrixed teams.
  • Channel Navigation: Proven success navigating diverse sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Mindset & Logistics: Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of urgency, and willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international), working in an international sales network.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
