A client in the Nashville TN area is seeking a Field Service Technician for a contract to hire opportunity. This role involves performing both routine and emergency service calls, with a focus on troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing malfunctioning or inoperative equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support. In this position, you will be responsible for providing clear and effective instruction to customers regarding system operation and functionality. You will also perform system testing and signal verification to ensure optimal performance. Maintaining appropriate truck stock and inventory, including necessary equipment and tools, is essential to support efficient service delivery.
Skills and Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma/vocational training. Must have three (3) or more years of experience. Must have a mastery knowledge of troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems. Must have their own vehicle and driver’s license.
