Job Summary and Qualifications

The Maintenance Technician is skilled in repair and maintenance of building structures. Job involves proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of facility electrical systems. Job involves skills in several trades, most commonly general repair, painting, and carpentry. An employee in this class is responsible for performing tasks in accordance with standard practices of the building and construction trade.

What you will do in this role: assist in departmental/hospital projects, participate in Performance Improvement activities, maintain culture and values awareness, promote a supportive, team-work oriented environment, fulfill departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.

What qualifications you will need: 5 or more years' experience in healthcare related building construction, 5 years experience in hospital related electrical systems repair.
