As a member of the Payroll Department professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in the Payroll Operations area to support the client. Key responsibilities include assisting the client with processing changes in the payroll system, responding to associate inquiries, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve process execution, resolving associate and system issues, acting as an SME for payroll systems, processing, and regulations, assisting with payroll audits, managing client hotel onboarding offboarding process, reviewing and responding to daily payroll emails and inquiries, processing report requests for HQ and other ad hoc requests, assisting with payroll data entry in the client payroll system, assisting management with payroll projects and issues, and executing processes to help Accenture meet monthly SLAs.
Basic qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience. Preferred skills include proficiency in MS Excel and professional written communication skills.
