Customer Service Associate

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include: assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. Skills and experience required include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, ability to follow instructions, lift between 30 and 50 lbs., and excellent customer service, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
