We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Client Relationship Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you are vital to our daily business operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients while driving business growth and delivering exceptional service. Essential responsibilities include: developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success, providing exceptional customer service to clients, utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, identifying and proactively addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all operating procedures and client requirements. This position starts at $18+/hour, depending on experience, plus paid time off, benefits, and 401k eligibility.
