Join our plant in Ploiesti as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer.
What will make you successful:
• Graduate of technical higher education;
• Experience in quality assurance of min. 3 years;
• Leadership experience - nice to have;
• Experience in the automotive industry of min. 1 year;
• Good knowledge of Core Quality Tools (especially APQP & PPAP);
• Good knowledge of non-conformity analysis, 8D, 5 whys?, cause-effect diagram;
• Experience in working with IATF quality standards/Customer requirements;
• Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second European language is nice to have.
Key responsibilities:
• Periodically extracting quality information from the client's reporting systems and informing the organization about them;
• Permanently updating the matrix of specific client requirements, ensuring the takeover and implementation of these requirements in the organization;
• Maintaining permanent contact with the client through the agreed communication channels; Keeping the quality incident reporting system up to date at the client, both in the client's electronic databases, as well as in the internal (server) and global ones;
• Coordinating visits and audits from the client in the factory;
• Coordinating the analysis of the complained products and submitting the resulting analysis report to the client;
• Preparing action plans generated by the client's visits and audits and ensuring the timely completion of the defined actions.
• Preparing the PPAP file (together with the industrialization team) and sending it to the client for validation.
