Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance – In Process Sr. Engineer / Customer Complaint.
Understanding of CMM Alignments & Methodology.
Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Layout, Weld Test, Gauge Plan & Design with GD&T applications. (Child parts & Full Assy gauges)
Knowledge of problem solving steps & Analysis.
Customer requirement for new project launch – VW – BeOn, BMG & Submissions.
Knowledge of IATF Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
New product development prove out as member of CFT.
Knowledge of Welding process & Validation.
Knowledge of Welding process controls (Fixtures, Poka-Yoke)
Customer complaints analysis and closure and report submission to customers.
In process rejection scrap/rework/final inspection analysis, actions and closure.
Customer orientation programs-like customer audits and customer drive events.
Preparation of weekly & monthly MIS reports.
Process & product audit and closure.
