Job Responsibilities

Providing IT infrastructure support on-site and remotely (resolving second-line incidents, issues, and fulfillment of requests);

Maintenance (managing changes, resources, updates) and support in project implementation;

Cooperation with global IT teams and external service providers in IT service provision, software development, and system integration;

Utilizing tools and adhering to IT standards and procedures;

Support in compliance and business continuity management;

Participation in development projects with the global instrumentation team concerning the System Link platform, hardware and software infrastructure in engineering departments, in accordance with IT requirements;

TISAX – training, implementation, security, CCTV monitoring, access control, and regulations;

Participation in implementing NIS regulations;

Data mining and programming;

Cybersecurity – training and support;

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT operations or in an IT service organization within a complex IT infrastructure, providing on-site and remote support (experience in the automotive industry and/or manufacturing industry is desirable);

Knowledge of TISAX requirements, compliance issues, and NIS regulations;

Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows systems on PCs, Microsoft tools, and other client software;

Good knowledge of Dell & HP hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), handheld scanners, barcode printers, and plotters;

Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Server, Cisco switches, access points, and routers, UPS APC power supplies, LAN and WAN networks, and biometric devices;

Excellent knowledge of Service Desk processes and good understanding of service level agreements (SLAs);

Ability to use MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

Ability to systematically gather relevant information, consider a wide range of issues, understand the complexity of problems, and see connections between them; apply precise logic in analysis;

Administration of Active Directory, Symantec endpoint encryption, and mobile device support – desirable;
