Qualification & Experience:
- Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-7 yrs of experience in Manufacturing Engineering function, preferably in automotive or aerospace industry
Technical:
- Process: Layouts, Control Plan (Prototype, PPAP, Production), PFD, PFMEA.
- Design: GD&T, Fixture, Cutting Tools & Instrument Design
- Problem Solving Skills - Process, Machining
- IATF Audit
- Engineering Change Management
- APQP
- Knowledge of Piston Manufacturing Process and Basics about CNC machines will be an added advantage
- CREO Ver 9 - 3D Model, Assembly & Drawing
- Brics CAD 2023 / Auto CAD - Drawing
