Deputy Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business goals in collaboration with the Director of HR.
  • HR MIS & Analytics:
  • Maintain and analyze HR dashboards and reports.
  • Use data to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments.
  • Design and implement learning programs, leadership development, and onboarding.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Talent Management:
  • Support succession planning and career pathing.
  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Resolve complex employee issues and promote a positive work culture.
  • Drive engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Compliance & Risk:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support audits and policy updates.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead HR efforts during organizational changes (restructuring, tech adoption, etc.).
  • HR Operations Support:
  • Collaborate with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment) for seamless execution.
  • Experience - 9 to 12 yrs
  • Strong communication and MS office skills.
  • Open to travel to all plant locations when needed.
