Level Infinite is Tencent's global gaming brand. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team working on a range of exciting AAA multiplayer shooter games.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. With a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations, you will help build and sustain our market presence.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of marketing plans.
- Keeping a close eye on market trends and providing insights to steer campaign strategies.
Who we look for:
- 5+ years' working in the video game industry with AAA global game publishing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the European/North American video games industry.
- Skilled at project management to proactively bring initiatives and deliverables to completion.
- Exemplifying passion for data and consumer insight driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations, particularly within the "Shooter" genre.
- English fluency is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
