This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) – a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure quality compliance and track procedures
• Optimize processes using data and cost analysis
• Support new production projects technically
• Verify machinery meets efficiency standards
• Follow HSE procedures, report incidents, and assist in investigations
