We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Recruiter to join Temporal on a 6 month contract. You'll be stepping into a high-impact position during a pivotal stage of our growth, with direct visibility across executive leadership, hiring managers, and key business initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across engineering, go-to-market, and general operations functions. Working closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership, you'll develop and execute recruiting strategies that uphold our commitment to hiring with intentionality and excellence.
Your efforts will have a direct impact on Temporal's scaling trajectory, ensuring we bring in people who share our mission and values and contribute to our culture of excellence and belonging.
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets.
