Description

What you will do:

• Prepare detailed estimates for the repair, replacement, or upgrade of HVACR systems
• Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Follow up on open quotes and pursue opportunities to close sales
• Collaborate with the service estimation team to ensure timely and accurate proposals
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of estimates, customer communications, and vendor information
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather current pricing and material details
• Help identify and pursue opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial HVACR industry
• Proven ability to prepare accurate estimates and close deals is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Proficiency with estimating tools and related software (preferred)
