We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who combines the skills of a hunter and a farmer to drive new logo acquisition while nurturing long-term client relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, consultative selling, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your assigned territory and executing management-defined sales strategies. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals—while building and maintaining strong relationships with our top Banking and Financial clients.

You will achieve new logo sales targets by preparing and executing a territory sales plan aligned with company strategy.

You will develop and execute account plans addressing both tactical and strategic opportunities, balancing short-term results with long-term growth.

You will initiate and manage end-to-end sales processes, coordinating pre-sales and specialist resources to deliver compelling proposals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions to their digital transformation goals.

You will articulate and demonstrate our digital-first solutions through business cases, ROI analysis, and industry insights.

You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate quarterly forecasts and revenue tracking.

You will lead or assist in negotiations on terms and conditions for sales and service agreements.

You will conduct market research to profile prospective clients, their current systems, future investment strategies, and key decision-makers.

You should have deep knowledge of the financial services industry, including trends, challenges, and innovations.

You should have strong relationships with C-suite executives and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

You should have proven success in selling complex, high-value Digital/Core Banking, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.

You should have experience working within a global organization.

You should have a consultative sales approach with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

You should have ability to translate business needs into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

You should be skilled in spotting opportunities and managing engagements from inception to close.

You should be commercially savvy with strong financial acumen.

You should have a data-driven mindset; able to leverage insights to create value and drive action.

You should have a entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a tenacious approach to closing deals.

You should be comfortable with ambiguity and change; adaptable and resourceful.

You should have a global mindset, collaborative team player, and passion for technology and sales.

You should have willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)

Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
