- Experienced leader with a track record of managing customer-facing teams and driving technical wins to accelerate sales cycles
- Strong technical background with expertise in Linux networking, network security, and modern CNCF and cloud technologies
- Skilled in people management, mentoring, coaching, and team development to ensure successful performance and growth
- Capable of troubleshooting, testing, and debugging server-side software with solid programming skills in Python or Golang
- Comfortable engaging directly with problems, building solutions using Golang, Kubernetes, and other CNCF technologies
