- Identify hiring needs, meet and report on recruiting KPIs, and manage the pipeline
- Network with potential candidates to promote the brand and attract the best talent
- Build and develop a strong network of active and passive candidates
- Manage the recruiting pipeline from candidate engagement to offer stage
- Present and promote the technology and company culture, write and post job descriptions, and perform pre-screening calls
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hiring technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS environment
- Team-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Technical expertise to understand, explain, and evaluate job requirements for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and different sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
