We are looking for someone enthusiastic and resilient. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, Regional, you will work with a team of 3-4 based out of our office in Plaza Zurich, Damansara Heights, KL. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Head of Demand Generation, Regional. You will fit perfectly if you enjoy a fast-paced working environment, are creative, analytical, organised, and pay crazy attention to details. A Day In A Life
- Funnel ownership: Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel from paid media execution through to lead capture, quality assessment, and pipeline handoff — ensuring performance is tracked and optimised at every stage.
- Backend Setup & Automation: Build and manage acquisition infrastructure including landing pages, lead capture forms, and backend automations to support campaign execution and ensure seamless lead flow into downstream systems.
- Paid Ads Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Ensure alignment of campaigns with the company's growth objectives and track performance to maximise ROI.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and continuously refine paid ad campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Cross-Channel Optimisation: Leverage a multi-channel approach to refine targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies, ensuring high-quality leads and increased conversions.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights to optimise and scale campaigns. Present data-driven reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.
