Administration of daily customer service activities, including order processing and follow-up. Assigned sales territory (Germany). The position is initially for a fixed term of 2 years.
• Creation and filing of customer correspondence / customer orders (orders) • Writing of standardized documents • Processing of orders in Germany specifically for prescription orders (patients) • Creation of offers, order entry, deliveries, invoice corrections • Cooperation with sales management, field service (business unit independent) • Telephone customer support for products and services • Conducting telephone sales activities • Conducting and following up on sample orders • Recording commercial complaints / improvements • Recording / forwarding incoming product complaints • Processing returns and shipping receipts
• Commercial training or several years of experience in customer service • MPG training (MPDG §83)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Very good PC skills (Windows Office / SAP) • Acquisition strength • Team and communication skills (written and verbal) • Goal-oriented, independent and structured working method • Goal-oriented for the customer's goals
