 
                                                
                                            The Customer Service Specialist is a crucial part of the Customer Service team in EMEA. As part of the Swiss team, they are responsible for a seamless customer experience and supporting them with any inquiries on product and delivery.
• Customer support regarding products and services for an assigned customer area
• Accepting customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail
• Order entry, invoicing & monitoring of deliveries
• Preparation of offers, deliveries and invoice corrections including processing of returns
• Maintenance of master data (customer and price data maintenance)
• Active support and cooperation with Salesforce
• Recording complaints and suggestions for improvement
• General administrative activities
• Completed Commercial Vocational Training
• 2+ years experience in customer service (ideally in a medical technology environment)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Very good written and spoken German & French
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• High customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Precise and efficient way of working
• Team player & hand-on mentality
