Summary of Position
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Argentina.
This role is dedicated to the development, administration, and ongoing support of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Case Management, and related capabilities that support sales pipeline and implementation order management.
Functionality is used by our internal teams and relies on coordinated integrations with Salesforce-connected software applications that support internal Salesforce functions as well as lead processing.
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with Sales & Service Clouds, understands the unique needs of Sales and Support organizations, and can deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency, sales pipeline processing, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Pipeline & Implementation Order Management
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to design and support Salesforce workflows for lead intake, qualification, routing, and pipeline progression.
• Support implementation order management processes, including handoffs from Closed-Won through fulfillment/implementation, status tracking, and exception handling using Salesforce objects, automation, and validations.
• Coordinate requirements and technical delivery across Salesforce-integrated applications (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ/ordering, ticketing, data tools) to ensure reliable end-to-end lead processing and internal user workflows.
Service Cloud & Case Management
• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support case management, escalation, knowledge base, and support workflows.
• Administer and maintain Service Cloud features, including queues, assignment rules, milestones, and entitlements.
Development & Testing
• Build and enhance functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Write and maintain unit tests for Apex and regression scripts for Lightning components, supporting UAT cycles.
Data Quality & Integrations
• Assist with data quality initiatives including deduplication, validation rules, and ensuring cross-system sync accuracy.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications to streamline support processes.
Release & Environment Management
• Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment workflows to maintain release hygiene.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators to ensure system stability, data integrity, and security compliance.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Support monitoring of Service Cloud KPIs, SLA compliance, and recurring issue trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing Tier-3 technical support when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Document configurations, flows, integrations, and maintain up-to-date system process notes for team knowledge sharing.
Security & Compliance
• Ensure proper use of profiles, roles, field-level security, and audit trails in alignment with compliance requirements.
Professional Growth
• Pursue Salesforce certifications and skill development with a clear growth path toward senior engineer responsibilities.
Required qualifications
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience configuring support processes: case assignment, escalation rules, email-to-case, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud integrations, (e.g., Marketo).
• Experience supporting Sales Pipeline and implementation order management processes in Salesforce (e.g., lead-to-opportunity flow, handoffs, fulfillment/implementation tracking).
• Experience coordinating Salesforce-integrated software applications that support internal Salesforce functions and end-to-end lead processing.
• Experience integrating Salesforce data with external reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar BI tools).
Preferred qualifications
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Platform Developer I certification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
