We are seeking a Software Systems Engineer – Intermediate to join our team supporting a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) task order.

Provide specialized expertise across multiple system and software disciplines, including related applications and technology implications.
Perform in-depth technical analysis and support for systems software products, including problem resolution, design, development, testing, and operational integration.
Assist with planning and integration of new hardware and software products, ensuring smooth system conversion and deployment.
Maintain, debug, and configure systems software while ensuring performance optimization and system reliability.
Contribute to operating systems planning, capacity analysis, performance evaluation, and hardware upgrade strategies.
Work from technical specifications to develop or modify system and application-level software solutions.
Support software development activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Collaborate with system support groups to resolve technical issues, define standards, and improve overall efficiency of the operating system.
Prepare and maintain system and product documentation.
Interface directly with customers to gather system requirements, address technical concerns, and support user needs.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology.
Hands-on experience with web component applications, XML (including schema definitions and generation using XSD), relational databases, and webmaster responsibilities.
Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority.
Secret – IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
