Director, IT Consulting Services

TEHORA is currently looking for a Director, IT Consulting Services (M/F) with excellent technical skills, knowledge, and a desire to leverage their skills within a versatile team.

Here are some of the services and deliverables that the selected person will provide:

1. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients by identifying the specific needs of each company and offering customized solutions to meet their objectives.
2. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring regular follow-up to enhance satisfaction and maximize retention.
3. Prospect new clients and expand the network of professional contacts to extend our presence in the market and identify opportunities for development.
4. Ensure the growth of the turnover by identifying sales opportunities and proposing services adapted to the evolving needs of each client.
5. Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure a perfect match between the profiles of talents and the specific needs of clients.
6. Prepare and present commercial proposals to highlight the benefits and added value of our services.
7. Perform strategic market surveillance to adapt account strategies according to the evolutions of the sector and the expectations of the clients.
8. Act as a representative of the company by participating in events and developing the network of contacts to strengthen the notoriety of TEHORA in IT.
