The TEHORA Group is currently looking for a Communication Advisor in Marketing (Call for Tender) (m/f) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to put their skills to use within a versatile team. Here are the services and deliverables that the selected Communication Advisor in Marketing will provide:

MAIN TASKS TO PERFORM:

1. Proceed to the analysis of calls for tenders and compile the requirements to be met to ensure compliance of the service offer at the time of submission
2. Plan the assembly of the service offer with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific nature, production schedule, etc.
3. Produce the required documents for the entry of texts from the responsible engineers and perform the correction (grammatical and orthographic) of the required documents.
4. Proceed to the search for project sheets relevant to the current service offer.
5. Assemble the organizational charts contained in the service offer, produce the cover page and other graphic documents contained in the service offer, and have the entire set of these documents approved by the project manager.
6. Perform the final assembly of the service offer and produce the required number of copies.
7. Ensure the delivery of the service offer within the required deadlines.
8. Perform any other related task deemed relevant in the context of the position.
