The TEHORA Group is currently looking for a Communication and Marketing Advisor with excellent technical skills, knowledge, and a desire to leverage their expertise within a versatile team. Here are the services and deliverables that the selected Communication and Marketing Advisor will provide:

MAIN TASKS TO PERFORM:

• Ensure a strong presence of TEHORA on all social networks and job sites where the company operates.
• Prepare communication content and materials to support the company's recruitment and business development activities.
• Maintain the company's website.
• Implement recruitment-marketing activities with the public to facilitate the acquisition of talent.
• Initiate business development activities with prospects/clients.
• Ensure the quality of corporate documents and ensure compliance with the company's graphic charter.
• Train and raise awareness of the entire organization about the importance of the TEHORA brand and contribute to the adoption of the TEHORA brand.

• Proceed with the analysis of calls for tenders and compile the requirements to be met to ensure the conformity of the service offer at the time of submission.
• Plan the assembly of the service offer with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific nature, production schedule, etc.
• Produce the required documents for the entry of texts from the responsible engineers and perform the correction (grammatical and orthographic) of the required documents.
• Proceed with the search for project sheets relevant to the current service offer.
• Assemble the organizational charts contained in the service offer, produce the cover page and other graphic documents contained in the service offer, and have all these documents approved by the project manager.
• Perform the final assembly of the service offer and produce the required number of copies.
• Ensure the delivery of the service offer within the required deadlines.
• Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant within the scope of the position.
