This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics. You will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across major social platforms and app install networks to drive efficient subscriber growth and maximize ROI. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to scale our marketing efforts, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mobile app install campaigns across channels such as Meta, Apple Ads, Google App Campaigns, programmatic networks, etc.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to define, track, and optimize performance KPIs such as CPI, CAC, LTV, and CPHW.
  • Lead ongoing A/B and multivariate testing (creative, copy, audience, bidding strategies) to maximize efficiency and learnings.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, develop, and iterate on high-performing ad assets tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.

  • Report campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for scaling, reallocating, or testing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social and mobile app user acquisition.
  • Proven track record managing budgets and delivering results (e.g., reducing CPI, improving retention, or increasing LTV).
  • Deep knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google App Campaigns, etc.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Kochava.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, NPAW, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
  • Salary range: $70K - $90K
