Job Description
We are currently seeking a part-time (15 hours per week) Operations Project Manager to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team in executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across Web and email.
Responsibilities:
Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com
Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED's tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.
Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA and test
Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc)
Qualifications
Strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable
Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru
Familiarity with HubSpot
Familiarity with Mixpanel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Able to work independently
Additional Information
Location: Remote or NYC
Compensation: $50 - $65/hr (15 hours per week)
