Coordinates and administers quality control programs within a defined department of the organization.
Ensuring the execution of owned projects including the creation project deliverables; approving non-conformances and CAPA.
Tracking and ensuring KPIs are met to achieve expected results.
Leading, mentoring and developing smaller teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff; maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders; handling escalations at the Supervisor level and continuing escalation process if needed.
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
