Supervises and coordinates administrative services, including clerical and support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications.
Provide administrative support, including daily admin tasks, expense applications and visitor reception. Assist the Admin Team in event organization, and develop plans for team building, workshops and other cross-functional activities. Coordinate the factory's product promotion and marketing matters, and maintain communication with the Global Marketing Team. Manage the official seal, review seal application documents and keep records. Analyze contract and seal application requirements, special terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies. Provide business support to the leadership team in organizing business meetings, events, and collaborate closely with the global leadership team. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations and reports; take minutes and follow up on action plan implementation. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above Minimum of 3-year Executive Assistant and admin working or relevant job experience Excellent oral/written communication skill in English Strong at Microsoft software and SAP, etc. Good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability and execution Outgoing and innovative Intelligent, quick-learning and adaptable in work High self-motivation and accountability have a strategic mindset
Preferred Skills: Multinational company work and project management experience Experience in working with plant or mid/small firm leadership team
