Job Overview: Leads technical domain of single/multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.
Job Requirements: Managing technical elements and maintaining required performance and schedules. Ensuring project management responsibilities are handled in absence of the team leader/project manager. Contributing to department level technology and product decisions. Training and supporting junior engineers in the department in the technical knowledge of the product domain.
What Your Background Should Look Like: Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level. Competencies: Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork.
