TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
As a key member of the team and project gate keeper the PMO will provide expert advice to the leadership team on the "value add" (benefits/productivity/scalability) of all proposed projects. In addition, the PMO will ensure that the skills required to identify, develop and present projects for review are in place and that all projects meet the criteria of the HR Solutions Strategy on performance excellence. As part of the drive for performance excellence the PMO will ensure TEOA (TE Operation Advantage) principles are applied in the development of all proposed projects from charter to implementation and will advise the team on actions/initiatives required to achieve 5-star rating for function.
Key responsibilities include managing the portfolio of projects, leading major change initiatives, recommending and executing improvements to processes, ensuring projects are developed and implemented utilizing TEOA principles, leading implementation of major projects, managing project members outside of hierarchy, developing and delivering project recommendations, leading programs for strategic success, collaborating with other leaders, establishing and maintaining PMO guidelines, identifying opportunities for continual improvement, removing major obstacles, leveraging internal and external resources for HR team development, supporting M&A due diligence, and leading internal communication for team engagement and key initiatives promotion.
Professional experience/qualifications include a university degree of relevant studies, minimum 10+ years of professional working experience in HR environment, excellent program and project management experience, experience of utilization of TEOA principles, experience in a matrixed environment, experience leading business transformation projects, strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices, analytical approach with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
