Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.
Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.
Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations.
Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/project manager.
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
