Job Overview

Analyzes the insights of customers and competition to provide inputs for the pre-development work and offers technical expertise for pre and post-sale activities.

Job Requirements

  • Collaborating with customers and field support staff to identify technical problems and provide input to the solutions.
  • Monitoring the scheduled demos and installations and managing the company products and other sales and service request details.
  • Recommending the upgrades and replacements and monitoring the new products' inspection and testing.
  • Conducting training sessions to familiarize employees with the latest technologies, products, or applications of existing products and support design service initiatives.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
