Manage development projects in relation with the program management department, transversal departments, and coordinate the different engineering teams, under the supervision of the manager.
Manage development projects in accordance with customer specifications, internal processes, product line plans, and engineering resources. Execute internal processes for project management (such as project phase approval process, LEAN processes, and other relevant processes). Ensure project scope control and achievement of targets: financial objectives (revenue and gross margin or standard margin, cost, investments, etc.), deadlines, and product quality. Lead project communication between the customer and internal departments. Quickly inform TE management about customer satisfaction and risks. Participate in reporting meetings with Management. Coordinate cross-functional teams. Conduct customer surveys and provide information to internal departments. Be the primary point of contact between the customer and TE on all topics related to projects within their scope. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management and product development within a regulated environment. Knowledge of product design and development stages. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes. Knowledge of project management and its tools. Knowledge of Lean Management. Autonomy. Cross-functional management. Conflict identification. Knowledge of applicable standards. Communication skills (with many different stakeholders, customer contact, diplomatic approach). Analytical and synthesis mindset. Customer focus (internal and external). Fluent English.
