Your daily tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects
  • Prepare business cases and conduct feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy
  • Drive change management processes across cross-functional teams
  • Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations
  • Monitor project execution, timelines, and performance (project controlling)
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate project and virtual teams while mitigating risks related to safety, policies, and procedures

Your Ideal Background

Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and executing migration/transfer projects in manufacturing Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical concepts, and commercial aspects Proven project management experience with demonstrated delivery success Solid knowledge of product costing and manufacturing cost structures Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization Fluent English (required); German is an advantage
