Job Overview

Provides guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes in order to support organizational manufacturing goals; performs research on products and manufacturing process and share the same with senior engineers.

Your Main Tasks

• Process Development & Optimization
  • Design, develop, and validate new manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.
  • Optimize existing processes to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and enhance yield.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Production Support & Root Cause Analysis
  • Provide technical support to daily manufacturing operations.
  • Lead investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, PFMEA.
  • Implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, downtime) and deploy improvement plans.
• Industrialization & New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Support the industrialization of new products from prototype to mass production.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, work instructions, and control plans.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain).
  • Coordinate trials, pilot builds, and validation phases (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Equipment & Tooling Management
  • Define equipment and tooling requirements; collaborate with vendors.
  • Commission and validate new machines and fixtures.
  • Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance plans.
  • Improve machine performance through upgrades and parameter optimization.

Your Ideal Background

Masters degree in Industrial/ Automation Engineering +2 year experience in an international industrial company

Knowledge & Skills -Automation -Electronics Engineering -Mechanical Engineering -Lean Manufacturing -Project Management -Fluent English in speaking and writing
