Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Creates, owns and implements Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
- Employment life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Responsible on employee communications and relations.
- Responsible on employee engagement activities
- Training coordination
- Policy management and disciplinary
- Visa and work permit coordination
- Support audit
- Extended support on corporate functions like EHS, Facility, Security, etc.
- Support final interview and offer
