HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Kries Energietechnik, a company of TE Connectivity, you will actively shape a respectful and future-oriented working environment for our employees. In a medium-sized environment with flat hierarchies, you will take responsibility for all personnel-related issues – while also contributing to the implementation of international HR standards. With your hands-on mindset and a sense for people, you will actively accompany change processes and shape an HR that grows with the company.

Your Tasks:

  • Consulting and supporting employees and managers in all personnel-related and labor law issues
  • Close cooperation with all functional areas to align HR solutions practically to the needs of a production company
  • Taking over change management tasks and actively accompanying reorganization and transformation processes
  • Conception and implementation of management training to strengthen leadership competencies and to enable dealing with future business challenges
  • Responsibility for all HR processes along the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, performance management
  • Operational implementation and local adaptation of global HR initiatives and group policies (e.g. performance management, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion)
  • Close cooperation with the EMEA HR Business Partner/BU HR Plant Lead, the Shared Service Center and central group functions (e.g. talent acquisition, learning, payroll)
  • Responsibility for local personnel planning and HR reporting in cooperation with finance
  • Participation in projects on digitalization, talent development, organizational development

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in human resources management, business administration with a focus on HR or comparable training
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a general HR function, ideally in a medium-sized industrial or technical company
  • Proven experience in change management and in accompanying reorganization processes
  • High social competence and assertiveness in dealing with different hierarchical levels and stakeholders
  • High degree of self-responsibility, communication skills and professional appearance
  • Fluent German and English
