Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Trade Compliance Teams interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepare applications for import/export control certifications and licenses.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordination with the designated Cross Dock to perform daily imports
  • Coordination with different customs agencies for road dispatches
  • Preparation of proforma invoices for import and export
  • Closing of consolidated pedimentos
  • Programming of materials for import
  • Filling of KPIs
  • SAP Reports
  • Annex 24 Reports

Requirements for the Position

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, Administration or related field
  • English language proficiency 80%
  • Internship experience
  • Basic knowledge of customs law and general rules
  • Basic knowledge of tariff classification
  • Basic knowledge of Windows computational programs
  • Basic knowledge of SAP system
