Job Overview: Assists in implementing the organization's health and safety policies and procedures in order to meet organizational objectives and governmental regulations.
Job Requirements: Assisting in making and maintaining necessary safety and health records according to established guidelines. Assisting in training employees on safety guidelines, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to employee safety. Checking compliance with all applicable federal and state health and safety regulations. Organizing and participating in occupational safety and health inspections.
What Your Background Should Look Like: Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork.
