Werkstudent Workplace Health & Safety (m/w/d)

We are seeking a motivated student to support us in the area of workplace health and safety for up to 20 hours per week. Alternatively, a full-time internship in the field of workplace health and safety is also possible.

As a student in the area of workplace health and safety, you will support our team in creating a safe, healthy, and legally compliant working environment for our employees. You will work on topics such as occupational safety, health protection, training management, and internal communication – and gain valuable insights that are relevant for both technical and business studies.

Job Requirements:

• Support in planning, organizing, and conducting safety and health training
• Creation and updating of presentations, training materials, and e-learning content
• Participation in the implementation of risk assessments and training sessions
• Support in measures for occupational health promotion (e.g., activities for ergonomics, fitness, mental health)
• Participation in ongoing EHS projects such as emergency management, audits, or occupational safety campaigns
• Documentation and maintenance of EHS databases, participation in walkthroughs, and reporting
• Support in internal communication on safety and health-related topics

What Your Background Should Look Like:

• Enrolled student in a relevant field of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Sciences, Safety Management, Environmental/Health Management, or similar
• Interest in the topics of occupational safety, health, organization, processes, and training
• Structured, meticulous work style and high self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in content creation
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
