Dir Operations
Supports the operational activities for all manufacturing plants and services throughout the organization to meet production demands.
Supporting the process for selection, acquisition, and maintenance of manufacturing and operations technologies and systems.
Implementing strategies, initiatives, and support of manufacturing operations globally.
Interfacing with top-level management and technology heads across the company; participating in establishing overall manufacturing budget and resource plan.
Driving development, engagement and performance management programs for operations staff.
Generally requires B.S. with 20 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 15 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 10 or more years of experience; or local equivalent.
